Bring summer into your home with a crisp, virgin strawberry mimosa co*cktail that is full of flavor. The perfect brunch mocktail.
Ingredients
- 8-10 fresh strawberries
- 500 ml club soda
- 500 ml orange juice
- 1 lemon
- 2-3 sprigs of mint leaves
Instructions
Clean and cut the strawberries. Blend them into a smooth paste. DO NOT add water.
In a champagne flute, pour 3 tsp of strawberry pulp forming a layer.
Holding the glass at 45 degrees angles, pour the club coda very slowly without disturbing the strawberry layer. Fill it to about two-thirds.
Top it with the orange juice without disturbing the strawberry layer.
The Strawberry Mimosa Mocktail is ready to serve. Garnish with half a strawberry, a slice of lemon, and a spring of fresh mint leaves.
