The consistent trend I've noticed in large successful companies 👇 I've traveled all over the country the last five years working with some of the largest and most successful companies in the world. There is one clear trend that has stood out to me. The culture of every sales team is incredibly strong. I'm not saying the rest of the company's culture is bad. But the sales culture has definitely stood out. These sales teams are:👉 Incredibly passionate about their jobs👉 Work really well together as a collective team👉 Have a high emotional IQ

My time has come, I’m leaving Extrawest’s “Lions Pride”…The end of an exciting journey and an incredible 7 years of leading a team of really passionate Sales professionals. But this story ends with a key purpose - opening a new page in my career history. I am very grateful for this experience, primarily because of the people it gave me. During this time, we built one of the best global eMobility-focused Sales development teams in the international software company! Hired trained, and helped to grow great Business Development specialists, Sales managers, Account managers, and Content marketers (more than 10 professionals). And the best appreciation for me is to know, that most of them have been working 5-6 years with me (just imagine how hard nowadays to keep staff turnover on a "0" mark, for ~5-6 years!). And of course special gratitude for the opportunity to be a part of all the eMobility projects that were developed with the Dev team for our clients during these incredible years! Some key insights for me going forward (💡):✔️ Time management is a King;✔️ Your teammates are your second family;✔️ The manager exists to create conditions for growth and develop creativity, not to micro-manage and punish non-performance;✔️A cool team starts from the moment of hiring;✔️There are only 2 types of people: those who are focused on results and love to win and those who are focused on the processes and afraid of losing;✔️Most of the time should always go to the support and help of A-players;✔️ "Rasing talents" employees can exceed your expectations and become even better professionals than you are if you help them to grow and invest your time and provide a proper mentorship;✔️ Trust is a fundamental thing for a successful business;✔️ Transparency in processes and clear guidance leaves no room for mistakes;✔️Your people will forever remain in your ❤️, wherever you are working.Time for new adventures and challenges in the name of Growing! News about my new role is coming soon...

I drive growth and improve customer experience for business in France, Italy, Israel and Middle East using Aircall AI-powered communication platform 📈 - BDR & SDR Team Lead France, Italy, Israel and Middle East.

Today I've been managing the business development and sales development teams at Aircall for 4 months. I've learnt a lot.I've had the opportunity to :- Strengthen my leadership: Managing a team has enabled me to develop management skills and strengthen my ability to inspire and motivate my team members.- Optimizing internal processes: Working with my team, we have identified and implemented a number of process improvements, increasing our operational efficiency and our ability to achieve our KPIs.- Reworking messaging: We've reviewed and optimised our messaging to make it more punchy and in tune with our prospects' expectations, which has considerably improved our customer engagement.- Implementing activities on LinkedIn: I encouraged the team to use LinkedIn strategically, sharing relevant content and participating in discussions, thereby increasing our visibility and influence on the platform.- Recruiting top talent: I was actively involved in the recruitment process, seeking to attract and integrate talented professionals who share our vision and values, which was essential in strengthening our team and supporting our growth. However, these 4 months have not been without their challenges. I also had to :- Rebuild a team: Recruiting and integrating new talent while maintaining the cohesion of the existing team was a real challenge, but essential to ensure our long-term success.- Dealing with uncertainty: There were times when I didn't have all the answers. Learning to navigate uncertainty and make decisions with the information available was a valuable lesson.- Dealing with pressure: Working in high-pressure environments and ensuring that ambitious targets were met while maintaining positive team morale required great resilience.I am extremely grateful for this opportunity and the trust placed in me by Sean Hayes. I look forward to continuing to learn and contribute to Aircall's success.🚀

In a world where change is the only constant, embracing new career paths is not just necessary; it’s an opportunity to realign with our evolving passions and skills. Many of us find that the roles we start in aren’t the ones we grow into. It’s the journey of discovering where we can make the most impact and finding joy in our work that truly shapes our professional lives. After 10+ years immersed in the dynamic world of sales, I’ve decided to pivot towards a field where I’ve found my greatest passion: Customer Success. This transition is fueled by a decade of experiences, learning the ins and outs of what makes a customer relationship thrive, and realizing that my true calling lies in ensuring the success and satisfaction of every client I encounter.I’m stepping into this new chapter with a wealth of knowledge from my sales background and an eagerness to apply it in Customer Success. It’s an exciting move, one that reflects not just where I’ve been, but where I’m headed.I look forward to connecting with fellow professionals who have embarked on similar journeys of transition and growth. Here’s to embracing change and the endless possibilities it brings.#CareerGrowth #CustomerSuccess #EmbracingChange

I always ask #sales candidates what key attributes they believe a #B2B #hunter should have - and rarely do I get a less than stellar answer. When it comes to exhibiting these traits, though, it's kind of a different story :)It's no surprise, information is flooding us from everywhere, from clever strategies to witty comebacks.. but making sense of it and applying it the right way at the right time it's still an art. Which can be #LEARNED and it's a LOT of #FUN!If you have a can-do/growth mindset and hunger for learning and success, you might find this a unique opportunity to have an impact on the international e-commerce stage:

After what feels like an eternity, my hiring banner is being firmly archived! Team Moonwards (my smaller team of ICs) is a GO 🌝After an insane start to the year and some crazy growth it is time to focus on getting that pipeline in. One huge strategy that I have always promoted and am pushing for harder than ever is moving away from prospecting automation. 1. Using a sequence as a base and minimum expectation of activity on an account 2. Build a clear ad hoc activity strategy using full multi channel and multi threading 3. Supporting the team in time management to get the most autonomy out of their week as possible4. Strong efficient research using a BPP methodology (buisness, persona, personal- it’s my own dm me for more info 😉)5. Find the fun and do more of what you love Having so much fun doing this and can’t wait to see the results in not only meetings booked but sales skills built through the process. Here is us full of Thai food after a little team lunch 🍜
